The Special Packages shown below are available both mid-week and weekend (except holiday periods and special event weekends). For these packages the deposit would be the entire cost of the stay and there would be no refunds given and no cancellations accepted. You must mention the package when you first book your room. Only one package may be used during a single stay. All packages include wine and cheese each evening and gourmet breakfasts served each morning.

Are you too busy shopping to take time out for a getaway? Are you sick and tired of crowded malls? Then come to Applegate and do your shopping here while staying in one of our wonderful King bedded rooms loaded with amenities (see rooms 7, 8, 9, 10, Cottage) or one of our lovely queen bedded rooms. Enjoy the natural beauty of the Berkshire Hills as you shop in our wonderful Prime Outlet Village - right here in Lee. Try our wonderful gift shop here at Applegate with jewelry items and educational toys and local Berkshire products. The towns of Lee, Lenox and Stockbridge have great shops with unique gift items. Or hit the antique shop trail - we can point you in the right direction. At the end of each day relax by the fire or in a tub at Applegate and then dine at one of the fine restaurants in the area.
One Night $50 Package - November 1, 2007 to May 24, 2008
A Special 3 night package is available both mid-week and weekend. Stay 3 nights at Applegate, paying for only two nights in full, and get the third night in the same room of equal or lesser cost for only $50!!! If you can't take the time for the third night, use it to check out late and use the room for the day and leave late.
Two Night Midweek Package - November 1, 2007 to May 24, 2008
Stay two nights midweek (Monday thru Thursday) in one of our luxurious guest rooms and enjoy our gourmet breakfasts and wine and cheese. Take $75.00 off the second night. (Not applicable to Room 6).
These two special packages require full payment up front and are non refundable. Payment must be cash, credit card, check or Applegate Gift Certificates only.

- Deep Tissue Massage, 50 minutes massage each, for two people
