The Special Packages shown below are available both mid-week and weekend (except holiday periods and special event weekends).  For these packages the deposit would be the entire cost of the stay and there would be no refunds given and no cancellations accepted.  You must mention the package when you first book your stay. Only one package may be used during a single stay. Payment must be cash, credit card, check or Applegate Gift Certificates only. All packages include wine and cheese each evening and gourmet breakfasts served each morning.

 Call the same day or 24 hours before the day of arrival and you get a 15% discount on your entire stay.

The Berkshire Hills have many beautiful wooded trails to hike.   You will enjoy your hike with this package to hike the lovely Pleasant Valley Mass. Audubon wildlife preserve.  Whether you are an avid hiker who wants to climb a mountain or someone who wants to stroll through the woods by a pond, you will find what you are looking for here.  We will give you a trail map, water bottles and a healthy snack and also pay for your entrance to the preserve.

Or hit the antique shop trail - we can point you in the right direction. At the end of each day relax by the fire or in a tub at Applegate and then dine at one of the fine restaurants in the area.

A Special 3 night package is available both mid-week and weekend. Stay 3 nights at Applegate, paying for only two nights in full, and get the third night in the same quarters of equal or lesser cost for only $50!!!  If you can't take the time for the third night, use it to check out late and use the room for the day and leave late.

Two Night $75 Special Package -  Nov 1, 2009 to June 25, 2010

A Special 2 night package is available only mid-week (Sunday thru Thursday). Stay 2 nights mid-week at our Stockbridge MA bed and breakfast, paying for only one night in full, and get the second night in the same room discounted. $75 off King bedrooms and $50 off for Queen bedrooms.
